Omniflex casts-on-carrier technology allows Vacuflex and Transport brand films to extruded in thicknesses ranging from 0.2 to 6 mils and in widths up to 68 inches.
Available carriers include polyethylene (left), paper (right), and polyester.
BLOWN FILM
The blown film line is capable of extruding Vacuflex and Transport films in thicknesses ranging from 0.8 to 20 mils and widths up to 85 inches.
In addition to its full-sized blown film line, Omniflex also has a laboratory line capable of producing short-run test concept samples for customers in thicknesses ranging from 0.8 to 20 miles, widths of 12 to 26 inches, and lengths of up to 100 feet. The result is faster, lower cost scale-up of commercial blown film.
The blown film lab line can test new resins and film products in small batches before committing to a full production run.
FLAT-DIE SHEET
Omniflex can also produce unsupported film (without a carrier) in thicknesses of 5.0 to 125 mils and in widths up to 78 inches.
